COOKING STEAK ON A STONE-OUTDOOR COOKING

I show how I cook a steak on a stone over a fire. Things to consider are: Making sure the stone is very hot in order to properly sear the steak. Cut and thickness of steak also affects cooking times. Fatty cuts are more forgiving than a leaner and thinner steak. Always season your steak!
