An experiment in casting and shooting 12 and 20 gauge shotgun slugs, cast in socket wrench sockets. 12 mm socket for a 20 gauge slug. 15 mm socket for a 12 gauge slug. I recast the lead birdshot removed from target loads and then put the new slugs into the same shells that the birdshot came from to create a buck and ball load, a slug load, and a double slug load. then I tested them at 50 yards. This didn’t damage my guns but that doesn’t mean doing this won’t damage your guns or you.
