Homemade TIN CAN ROCKET STOVE. Simple DIY. No special tools required. Easy clear directions.This stove is great! Items needed: 3 metal cans, gravel/sand and/or dirt! that’s it. Only tools I used were a hacksaw, pliers and a drill. This is a powerful stove that is wind and rain resistant. You can cook full meals using very little fuel (leaves, twigs and small sticks). You can even fuel these stoves just on “junk mail!”. Notes: The main body of the stove (largest can) is a one gallon paint can. The medium sized can is a pasta sauce can and the smallest can is a standard size soup can. A 2 1/2″ hole saw was used to mark (score) the paint can.
